An Aquamarine Horseshoe Anklet
An 18k white gold horseshoe anklet with a Sonoma-cut aquamarine, diamonds and a hand-forged chain.

Jeff's horseshoe anklet is 18k white gold with diamonds and a hand-forged chain. Its centre is a .48 ct, 5 mm aquamarine in the Wobito Sonoma cut, created in 2000 by journeyman lapidary Colin Fullerton, whose oversized table opens a clear window into the petal pattern within.
The wax was carved with openings at the sides, where the chain attaches and where more light reaches the stone. Front and back were finished so closely that it is hard to tell which is which.
